Inviting applications for the role of Senior Consultant, Process Transformation
In this role, you will be acting as a SME for the domain, responsible for value add to the output produced by the junior resources, review the work and ensuring the end output is 100% accurate and meets/exceeds client expectations.
Responsibilities
. Analyze and test Investor accounting system functionality across legacy system and go-to system
. Understand basic accounting concepts.
. Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel - VLOOKUP&rsquos, pivot, power pivot, formulas, graphs etc.
. Review the output of the junior resources in the team and share the feedback
. Connect with client stakeholders for query solving
. Contribute Process improvement ideas
. Logical ability to quickly grasp requirements from the client and apply in the form of formula setup
. Identify the training needs of the team and facilitate the same
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
. Bachelor&rsquos degree or Masters/MBA in the either of the following disciplines: business, finance, supply chain, accounting, analytics, engineering, or data management
. Relevant experience into funds administration industry
. Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, PowerPoint, Word
. Excellent problem solver, hyper logical and goal-oriented thinker
. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills - verbal and written
. Excellent presentation skills - in person & virtually
. Ability to work effectively in team environments
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
. Demonstrable expertise in hedge fund administration / asset management / financial services industry
. Ability to thrive in ambiguity
. Reporting/ Reconciliations experience will be preferred
. Testing experience will be preferred
