Asst Manager Procurement

Job Description

We are looking for Procure to Pay professionals for NTT DATA at Gurgaon location.

Roles and Responsibilities

Building and sustaining effective communications with all stakeholders towards the goal of maximizing the client experience

Perform inventory planning, publish forecasted numbers Create quotes, purchase orders, place hardware orders with OEMs Tracking hardware assets throughout their lifecycle.

Develop and implement continuous process improvements and operational efficiencies.

Lead inventory reviews with clients - Lead daily/weekly calls with OEMs

Ensures that products are delivered in a timely manner with the help of carrier sites

Checks invoices for accuracy and authorizes the accounts payable department to issue payment.

Requirements for this Role Include:

Must be a Graduate.

Experience in using SAP Ariba platform from buyer perspective Required Knowledge.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Should hold 7-8 years relevant procurement experience.

Experience working with international clients.

Good communication skills with 1 Years of international calling experience

Good hold on Spanish language (Writing Speaking)

Good comprehension writing skills

Flexible to work in US Shifts.
