Head of Procurement

Job Description

Advises, develops, and monitors the procurement activity

Negotiates, oversees, and reports the purchasing of goods and services for a company

Monitor and evaluate the performance of procurement processes to identify areas for improvement

Coordinates with cross functions for a specific division or project.

Strategizes, researches, and negotiates to find cost-effective deals and suppliers for a company

Requirements

Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Management with 7-8 years of experience in procurement

Work exposure in multinational companies will be an added advantage.

Ability to function well in a fast-paced work environment by managing priorities with short deadlines

Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to work effectively in a team environment.

Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving and decision-making attitude

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience with office management software like MS Office
