Sr. People & Organization Associate (Employee Engagement)

Job Description

Plan, organize, and execute employee engagement activities, such as team-building activities, fun events, yearly events and recognition/ reward programs

Collaborate with cross-functional teams/ Fun Committee to develop and implement engagement strategies that align with the company's values and goals

Prepare an annual budget for engagement initiatives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource allocation

Coordinate with the Head of People & Organization and other stakeholders on budget proposals tracking the expenses to stay within the allocated budget

Draft, review and proofread internal emails, announcements, and other communication materials to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency

Ensure the communication standards are followed as prescribed

Facilitate announcements and important HR and engagement related information to employees through appropriate channels

Collaborate with external vendors and partners when necessary to enhance engagement initiatives

Assist in developing and maintaining an engagement calendar to ensure a consistent and well-balanced schedule of activities

Provide timely and relevant feedback to HR leadership regarding employee engagement trends and areas of improvement

Stay updated on industry best practices and trends related to employee engagement and incorporate them into the company's strategies

Other task as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in management or a related field

Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee engagement and branding

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Knowledge of budget management and resource allocation

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team

Creativity and innovation in designing engagement activities

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with employees at all levels
