Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective public relations strategies.
Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure work efficiency.
Demonstrate proficiency with case management software.
Exhibit strong public relations skills and professionalism in dealing with clients and witnesses.
Utilize knowledge/experience of legal databases.
Assist with the preparation, filing, and service of pleadings.
Organize and manage documents, including creating spreadsheets.
Draft legal documents according to judicial procedures.
Conduct research on legal policies and present written analysis to solicitors.
Review and produce documents, responding to specific requests.
Assist with litigation preparation.
Create and maintain records of accidental cases.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
Strong understanding of public relations principles and techniques.
Excellent public communication and client handling skills.
Excellent English communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Bachelor's degree.
