Front Desk Officer

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests
  • Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
  • Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Keep updated records and files, update confluence pages, create Jira tickets.
  • Monitor office expenses and costs
  • Stock management for stationary, medicine and IT accessories
  • Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
  • Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)
  • Answer questions and address complaints
  • Minimum 1 to 2 Years of Experience
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Proficient with MS Word and Excel (Advanced)
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Possess Reporting and Analytical Skills
  • Ability to multi-task, working on more than one issue simultaneously.
  • Ability to create effective requirements documents
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external project teams
  • Must be able to work in PK hours (11am – 8pm).
