Account Manager

Responsibilities:

Own cancellation inquiries from all customers and successfully retain revenue based off communicated business goals.

Act as an extension of the Sales team by continuing the value proposition through customer lifecycle. Professionally resolve disputes to ensure customer satisfaction.

Execute a comprehensive engagement and communications strategy to assigned cases through scheduled appointments, demos, and phone calls.

Develop an understanding of typical business challenges faced by customers and common objectives to appropriately map how Market Leader helps solve their problems.

Effectively communicate the value proposition of Market Leader, specifically understanding the importance of lead generation and pipeline management for a real estate agent.

Follow a playbook to effectively handle and react to common objections from customers while maintaining composure and retaining lifelong customers.

Proactively manage your schedule and pipeline to meet milestones and objectives.

Serve as the voice of the customer by providing internal feedback on how we can maximize customer value and resolve customer concerns with urgency.

Work with team members to assist and resolve client requests or cancellation inquiries.

Successfully resolve any assigned cases via Management.

Meet and exceed monthly customer payment survival goals and retention targets

Requirements:

6+ years of proven experience in Sales and Account Management

Proven experience of working as a Customer Success individual

Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs

Exceptional leadership skills -a demonstrated desire to "own it”

A quick and flexible learner with a motivated and positive work ethic

Proven history of success in reaching goals

Ability to receive feedback and apply coaching

Have a motivated and positive work ethic

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to communicate with a wide range of people

A committed and flexible attitude to the job

Ability to solve problems as they arise

Focused, reliable and proven ability to self-manage in an autonomous work environment.
