Content Specialist

Contour Software currently houses remote employees for more than 80 Departments (R&D, Finance, IT, Customer Support, Professional Services, and Others) belonging to more than 40 of CSI's 500+ divisions in 3 offices [KHI, LHE & ISB]. Contour employees are key players in implementing, supporting, extending, enhancing, and renewing enterprise systems that run thousands of medium and large businesses and public institutions globally.

The Division:

CEG is a leading provider of pressure equipment and fabrication software to several industries, including energy, chemical, pharmaceutical, food/beverage, and construction. We offer our customers CAE software tools for designing, maintaining, and analyzing pressure equipment, welder certification and management, and expediting fabrication processes for many enterprise-level companies. CEG is a conglomeration of three business units: Computer Engineering, Inc. (CEI), Paulin Research Group (PRG), and Finglow.

The Position:

The Content Specialist will collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute content strategies that drive website traffic, boost social media presence, attract qualified leads, and enhance the engagement rate of our email marketing campaigns.

Main Role & Requirements:

The Content Specialist will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute content strategies, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines, voice, and tone.

Responsibilities include creating content for blogs, videos, social media, email, whitepapers, presentations, newsletters, collateral, website, go-to-market, and PPC campaigns.

Research industry trends, customer insights, and relevant data to produce collateral and whitepapers for the CEI brands.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams across CEI.

Portfolio submission required with the resume.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of content writing experience.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A big-picture thinker with a passion for customer-centric storytelling.
