Junior SQA Analyst

The Position:

We are looking for a Jr. SQA Analyst professional with expertise in manual and automation testing to work as an extension of the R&D team to help ensure the high-quality and timely delivery of projects of long-term significance. Working out of the Contour Software Karachi office.

Required Skills & Experience:

University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, and/or related discipline.

1-2 years of testing experience with customer-facing enterprise applications. New grads are also encouraged to apply.

Experience/understanding and proficiency in manual testing, approaches, and test planning.

Experience with necessary testing tools such as bug tracking tools/applications (e.g., Jira/TFS).

Good test documentation, management, execution, and reporting skills.

Proficient in test automation, particularly with Telerik Test Studio preferred.

Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills (English).

Ability to perform functional, regression, integration, system & performance level testing.

Ability to understand processes and logic.

Ability to escalate issues to the relevant teams in a timely manner.

Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment.

Ability to work with minimal supervision.
