Social Media Executive

Responsibilities

Assist and manages all company social media accounts management

Assist team in Building and executing social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, and messaging and audience identification.

Coordinates social media messaging with content and design teams and proofread by overseeing their work and offering guidance or direction.

Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement.

Works with other teams to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages.

Learn and effectively use of CRM tools and customer preference analyses, data mining and provide insightful recommendations for engagements via social media, phone calls, and different communication mediums.

Regularly review and take action to engage discontinued customers and work as the first point of contact for such customers.

Design, build, execute, and measure surveys, polls, and other feedback collection methods to capture customer feedback on targeted ideas and opportunities.

Regular monitoring of the competitor social media sites and creating an analysis report.

Requirements

Must be a technology lover.

Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Strong command on the English language (Spoken and Written)

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
