Educational Evaluation Specialist

The purpose of the job is to evaluate the curriculum, teaching resources, relevant documents, principals, teachers, and students for Darul Madinah Islamic Education School (DMIES) in Karachi Head Office and provide the services to campuses around the world.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Under the direct supervision of the Line Manager, the incumbent will perform the following duties:

Design and implement evaluation plans for programs

Collect and analyze data using various methods such as surveys, interviews, and observations

Develop reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders

Develop recommendations for program improvement based on data analysis

Perform tasks like Assessment Papers, Assessment Progress Report, Appreciation, Evaluation of Lesson plans, translations, syllabus, resource materials, training modules, etc.

Coordinate with program staff and external partners to ensure quality and consistency of evaluation activities

Monitor and report on the progress and outcomes of programs

Provide feedback and guidance to teachers and curriculum developers

Conduct research and literature reviews on best practices and emerging trends in education

Participate in professional development and training opportunities

JOB SPECIFICATION:

BS in Education (Islamic Studies) or a related field (MS in Education preferred) + Dars-e-Nizami.

Exposure of the principles and practices of research and development in the education sector

Exposure of the Islamic education curriculum and standards

Exposure of the global education market and trends

3-5 years of relevant experience in educational leadership, curriculum development and assessment

Advanced-level English Language Certification
