Business Development Head - Commercial / Industry

1. Demonstrate excellent negotiation skills and be able to prioritize work based on the given deadlines with excellent time management skills.

2. Complete and holistic understanding of procedures/documentations required for tendering and EPC business activities.

3. Prepare detailed reports on target market with Total addressable market (TAM) and serviceable available market (SAM) for Power Sector projects and CPEC projects.

4. Responsible for developing winning strategy on all power sector and CPEC projects.

5. Maintain database and contact details of all key personnel in Ministry of Energy, NTDC (CEO, GMs, CEs, Dy Directors and Asst Directors) & PEPCO.

6. Maintain database and contact details of all key personnel in DISCOs (inclusive of but not limited to CEO, GMs [Operations and Technical], CEs [PMU, P&D, etc), PD (GSC), XEN (GSC, T&G, etc), Manager [P&S, Procurement PMU], Dy Managers/Dy Directors [P&S, Procurement PMU, P&D], Asst Managers/Asst Directors [P&S, Procurement PMU, P&D], etc)

7. Identify and maintain record of all on going (already awarded/under execution) and upcoming substation and Tx line tenders of NTDC and DISCOs.

8. Strong communication skills for drafting and writing official letters to Public procurement Authorities, EDB, Ministry of Power, etc where and when required.
