Requirements

• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• Must possess strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively.
• Must have experience in handling international clients via telephone
• Must be available to work in night shifts.
• Neutral or non-inflicted American accent
• Previous experience in USA media campaign (AT&T or spectrum campaigns) are encouraged to apply.
• Basic Salary 25,000 + commission
