Customer Services / Social Media Support Executive

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a full-time Customer Care and Social Media Support Specialist. This role requires the ability to seamlessly handle customer inquiries, provide exceptional support through various channels, and manage our presence on social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service and Support

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via the ChatBox on our website.

Assist customers in navigating our website and products & services.

Guide customers through the process, addressing any questions or concerns.

Possess a strong understanding of our products, tools, and overall processes.

Provide online assistance to customers, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.

Handle phone inquiries, either by forwarding calls or directly answering our phone line.

Demonstrate excellent language and communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a bonus.

2. Follow-up and Engagement

Proactively follow up with website visitors who have initiated projects but have not completed them.

Reach out to customers to offer assistance and support, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers effectively.

3. Social Media Management:

Utilize various social media platforms, with a primary focus on Instagram.

Create engaging and informative social media posts to promote our designs, products, and brand.

Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Familiarity with platforms such as YouTube and TikTok is a plus.

Provide samples of previous social media posts for self or other companies.

Requirements:

Proven experience in customer service and support roles, preferably in an online environment.

Strong language and communication skills, with proficiency in English (Spanish proficiency is advantageous).

Familiarity with website navigation, and product knowledge.

Ability to guide customers through online processes and troubleshoot issues effectively.

Experience in managing social media platforms, with a focus on Instagram; knowledge of YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms is a plus.

Demonstrated ability to create engaging and visually appealing social media content.

Proactive and self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
