Project Coordinator

Horizon Technologies is seeking an organized, customer-focused Project Coordinator to facilitate communication between our project teams and clients. The coordinator will be responsible for providing project updates, coordinating timelines with internal teams, and ensuring excellent service.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate extensively with internal project teams to track progress and identify any issues.

Communicating with clients through calls and also providing updates, shipping dates etc.

Report progress and key metrics to the Project Lead.

Draft professional email updates to send to clients and team members.

Coordinating with clients frequently over emails.

Leverage strong customer service skills to maintain positive relationships.

Utilize Microsoft Office suite daily to track info, create status reports, etc.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in a Coordinator role, customer-facing preferred.

Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Strong multi-tasking, time management, and organizational skills.

High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Fluency in English.

Proficiency in MS Office programs.
