Salary Range: 90,000 -100,000 (Depending on Experience and Performance)

Professional to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, building lasting customer relationships, and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Sales Professional, you will be responsible for:

1. Lead Generation and Prospecting: Proactively identify and generate leads through various channels, including but not limited to cold calls, email campaigns, networking events, and social media.

2. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities. Use this knowledge to tailor sales strategies and approaches.

3. Sales Presentation: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, tailored to the needs of prospective clients, showcasing the unique value propositions of our products/services.

4. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and key stakeholders by providing excellent customer service and understanding their evolving needs.

5. Deal Negotiation: Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, ensuring favourable terms for both the client and the company.

6. Achieving Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the company's overall revenue goals.

7. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, opportunities, and customer

interactions using our CRM system.

8. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experiences.

9. Expectation: He/She needs to bring in 5000 USD worth of business in the first month.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should have:

• Proven Sales Experience: A minimum of 2 years of successful B2B or B2C sales experience in IT sales.

• Self-Driven: A self-motivated individual who can generate leads and create sales

opportunities independently.

• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate product/service value propositions effectively.

• Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of closing deals.

• Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the IT market, competitors, and trends.

• CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM software and other sales-related tools is a plus.

• Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
