Supply Chain Executive

Job Description

· Select suppliers for procurement of materials, goods and services including basic analysis of internal spend data, gathering analysis from internal stakeholders, research supplier options, collect supplier bids, perform basic analysis, negotiate contract terms and conditions

· Identify supply chain issues and work with plant staff to implement solutions

· Coordinate activities related to implementation of strategic sourcing category efforts

· Initiate and support continuous improvement opportunities

· Provide general forecasting of supply needs and ensure purchasing plan is aligned

· Research, synthesize and provide analysis in support to operations requirements as well as sourcing environment

· Manage supplier events and relationships

· Manage and execute procurement transaction processes

· Participate in projects based on category priorities.
