Customer Service Representative

KIPS CSS | Global Age is looking for a candidate that fits the criteria of the below mentioned requirements having job roles & responsibilities as such;

• Initiating sales with potential students over the phone, completely office based job.
• Asking questions to engage students and keep the conversation going.
• Listening to the student’s needs to generate repeat sales.
• Gathering and documenting students information, interests, and reactions to services.
• Keeping up to date on all services and informing students of new services.
• Answering students’ questions on the services.
• Meeting sales quotas.
• Handling the documentation & Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager

Candidate looking toward to work for a long time would be preferred

Skill required: Having excellent communication & listening skills, superior people skills, should be meticulous in keeping records, a polite and friendly manner with lots of initiative with a positive attitude, must be comfortable presenting services over the phone and able to handle all aspects of making a sale, Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Location: Lahore, Johar Town

Scope: Amazon, CSS, Immigration & Educational Consultancy, and Trainings

Experience: Fresher/Graduates - 3 months

Degree: Bachelor's Degree

Salary: Rs. 20,000/- + 2% Commission on every sale

Shift: 8 hours shift

Timing: 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm (Monday - Saturday)
