EMR (Electronic Medical Record) Supervisor

Manage routine data, including data collection, cleaning and analyzing to ensure completeness and quality.

Report any errors identified during data review to appropriate team members and assist in resolving issues.

With guidance from appropriate team leads, build new components of database, data collection and aggregation tools.

Facilitate exchange of information among provincial offices, projects and department.

Run basic, descriptive data analyses. Generate/update pivot tables and charts of the indicators of interest for routine monitoring purposes as well as ad hoc requests

Prepare accurate qualitative and quantitative reports, case studies and success stories.

Propose and develop content for dissemination including, PPT Presentations, blogs, other social media, technical manuals, academic papers, etc.

Ensure the standard documentation of every project.

Possess in-dept knowledge of EMR and HMIS Systems.

Train field personnel and project staff on their responsibilities within the MIS/HMIS/DHIS/EMR system.

Demonstrate teamwork and extend cooperation with other MERF programs and departments.

Perform any other identical duty as assigned.
