Chief Security Officer

As CSO (Chief Security Officer), you will be responsible for establishing strategic objectives, creating operational plans and delivering programs and services that effectively mitigate the physical risks and threats normally associated with the company (both location ISB and Bagh). We are looking for an innovative leader who embraces new technologies, knows the global corporate security landscape and values service and experience over enforcement and rigidity to enhance MTBC’s overall workplace experience.

As CSO you would be directly reporting to GM of the company. Below are the major responsibilities:

Create crisis management and contingency plan for business continuity and revise it quarterly.

Create a liaison with the local administration like but not limited to Police, District Administration, BOI, Customs, FIA, CAA, Dept. of Health & Dept. of labor to protect company interest.

Establish a protocol (SOP) for receiving guests in office and at the Airports.

Establish a SOP for CCTV team workflows and incident reporting mechanisms.

Secure company assets like but not limited to goods receiving store and inventory store.

Establish an SOP for asset movement in and out of the office premises.

Establish an SOP for visitors and vendors visiting office premises.

Establish SOPs for monthly drills to train employees on their reaction fire, earthquake & terrorist attack.

Liaison with Data Security team, understand their needs of physical security of company assets and make a plan to keep them secure.

Review the performance of the whole security team once a month and report to GM.

Suggest training and courses for the security team to keep updated and agile.

Be part of daily management meetings for updates.

Follows up on all unusual activities in and around the property and neutralizes risks.

Liaison with external Security companies to make sure their appropriately equipped.

Weekly travel to Bagh office to check the security needs/condition.
