Clinical Implementation Consultant

Responsibilities

  • 3 - 7 years of experience working in patient care setting including ambulatory and institutional settings.
  • Hands-on experience working with EMR systems in a clinical setting.
  • Deliver client projects using CareCloud’s implementation methodology
  • Collaborate with clients, CareCloud team members, and partners to manage the process, tasks, and schedule
  • Assesses and controls project risks and issues
  • Anticipates problems before they occur and creates ways to accomplish project goals regardless of changing circumstances
  • Ability to handle sensitive and/or confidential communications between internal and external customers
  • Responsible for managing the relationship and expectations of the customer for a mutually beneficial outcome
  • Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
  • Leads and captures notes from weekly status calls with project team members
  • Provide delivery and quality assurance to ensure all project deliverables meet or exceed the client’s expectations
  • Adhere to a change management methodology
  • Implement multiple clients and projects at a time
  • Provide regular reporting and forecasting to management and clients
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of CareCloud’s product offerings and ambulatory practice operations
  • Identify opportunities to position other CareCloud product and service offerings with sales
  • Identifies process improvement opportunities
  • Records lessons learned from the project for future process improvements
  • Communicates with all relevant stakeholders proactively throughout the project, including the communication of difficult/sensitive information
  • Independent self-starter who is a natural communicator, a strong cross-team driver, and has 3 or more years of implementing and training EMR’s.
  • Engaging presenter with excellent oral communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with management and peers. 
  • Creative thinker who is not afraid to bring new ideas and strategies to the table.
  • Keen sense of urgency.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Ability to manage stress and strict deadlines.
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, professional poise and self-starter.
  • Excellent computer skills and technical aptitude
