Manager HR

Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.

Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination.

Prepare and follow budgets for personnel operations.

Look after the daily attendance and take action against the department having bad attendance.

Deals with all the vendors and assure the quality of product provided by the vendor.

Make reservations for traveling on behalf of management.

Execute all the movements and promotion mails.

Resolve all the employees’ issues.

Arrangements for functions of the company.
