IT Infrastructure Engineer

Nexus Corporation is looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer who shall be responsible for the strategic direction, daily operation, and service delivery of all compute, storage, servers, network, and telephony systems.

Key Responsibilities

• • Complete support, configuration, maintenance & up-gradation of in-house networks (LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet & Intranet systems).                             
  • Escalated Troubleshooting and maintenance of Virtual environment, active directory and hardware servers.                      
  • Manage the complete cycle of data storage, backups, replication and data restoration in case of failure or disaster.                 
  • Ensure IT security includes but not limited to system, e-mail, data, and networks.                             
  • Provide support to department manager in the documentation and relevant reports. Also, update inventories.                       
  • Ensure projects, tasks and operations follow the company and departmental policies and procedures.                  
  • Ensure completion of assign project/task within the stipulated time.                              
  • Responding to the queries/complaint within agreed time limits to attend and resolve complaints.                           
  • Prioritizing and managing multiple complaints at the same time.

Skills Required

• Virtualization.
• Network/Routing/Switches.
• Hardware and Software Firewalls Configuration.
• Documentation (Network Diagrams, Policies).
• Practical VOIP experience, D-Link, Cisco, etc.
• Email/Web/DB Server Management.
• IT Service Management.
• CCNA/CCNP and other related certifications.
