•        Meet daily assigned target and adhere to pre-defined quality standards.

•         Create engaging and informative blogs/articles tailored to the targeted audience.

•         Ensure the use of the right tone and writing style as per the target audience and services offered.

•         Must have a good command of the English language.

•         Proofread content before submission and produce 100% unique content.

•         Research and write original, engaging and plagiarism-free website content, articles, blogs, product briefs and case studies as per the guidelines.

•         Ability to research and understand technical concepts involving customized web, mobile and software development and create engaging content according to the target audience.

•         Work closely with Project Managers, Software Developers and Web Design & Development Teams.

•         Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems.

•         Proofread and edit blog posts before publication.

•         Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles.

•         Learn complex concepts and communicate the information in an engaging way that is understood by users.

•         Write for a variety of audiences, from programmers to non-technical end users, integrators and system administrators.

•         Excellent teamwork and communication skills, including ability and willingness to consult with subject matter experts from support, engineering and product management.

•         Familiarity with web publications.

•         Develop related content for multiple platforms, such as websites, email marketing, product descriptions, videos, and blogs.

•         Write articles daily, update website content as needed.

•         Basic understanding of SEO and keywords integration.

•         Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics.

•         To conduct in-depth research about industry-related topics and identify needs and gaps to create valuable topic and content recommendations.
