Assistant Manager HR (Cosmetics)

Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition related all tasks including

onboarding and orientation.

Performance management cycle.

Policies amendments and implementation.

Company payroll management.

HR operational tasks.

Employees grievances handling.

Key requirements:

Proven Knowledge of all HR functions.

Practical Knowledge of MS Office.

Strong communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities.

Should be a great team player.

Qualification: Graduation/ Masters in any related field of HR.

Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience only in Health & Beauty (Cosmetics) Industry.
