Assistant Manager HR

Responsibilities

  • Compilation and Up-gradation of HR Documentation.
  • Prepared Daily and Monthly Attendance of employees of all Branches. 
  • Prepared Leave balance record of staff. 
  • Prepared Monthly Report of employees New Joining, Relieving, Promotion
  • Work on complete IT Recruitment Cycle.
  • Prepared and Forward HR Related Documents to employee.
  • Sort out employee Grievances
  • Prepared Office Orders, Human Resource SOP’s, finalizations and up-gradation.
  • Develop Employee JD’s according to department.
