Architectural Draftsman

Job Description

We are looking for services of a "Architectural Draftsman" who perform all phases of architectural work including planning & designing.Must be proficient in 2D and 3D software i.e. Auto CAD (2D, 3D, 3D max). Candidate with relevant in hand experience will be preferred. Must be confident with good communication skills and should be able to deal with client’s requirements and site visits (whenever needed).Candidate should have atleast some previous relevant experience.

• Communicating clearly so that information gets delivered accurately
• Draft plans and detailed drawings for structures, installations, and construction projects
• Listening to others to solicit opinions, spot potential pitfalls and confirm everyone is on the same page
• Providing feedback to subordinates to keep them motivated and to rectify small problems before they become large ones
• Multitasking to deal with competing demands
• Attending to detail to ensure safety and legality
• Keeping up in the industry in response to new technology, best practices and changes in codes
