Java Developer

Job Description

Protégé Global is looking to hire Java Developer with an expertise of ServiceNow. The candidate should possess a Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline from a recognized university, and must have certification in ServiceNow. Candidates should have 2 years of experience in application programming using Javascript and Spring MVC/Struts frameworks.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Specify, design, implement, test, and maintain platform-independent, complex software system components and applications

· Work on existing source code to incorporate new features; ensure that the piece of code written is bug free.

· Fix bugs and conduct unit testing, make necessary changes to source code and document them. Ensure that company Development standards & QMS are followed

· Strong experience with Spring and Hibernate frameworks and related concepts like MVC, JPA, IoC, AOP

· Strong experience in JUnit and familiarity with Test Driven Design

· Familiarity with CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Apache Velocity, XML, Apache HTTP, CDN web services (SOAP, REST)

· Experience in the application design and development using Java SE, J2EE and Design

· Experience in web application, integration and management

Strong OOP concepts and familiarity with SDLC
