GEO Tech Team Leader

Responsibilities:

• Manage Geo technical and geological analyses, manage staff and supporting

subconsultants and studies, conduct research, perform preliminary geological

reconnaissance, geotechnical and geological studies, review testing results, and

develop design recommendations.

• Interface with clients, design teams, and public.

• Make decisions on significant design and engineering procedures and function

as technical specialist or project manager.

• Interact with support staff including AutoCAD drafters, document production staff,

and graphics technicians.

• Develop, manage, and/or perform field work for geotechnical and geological

studies in accordance with various public agencies, and private clients.

• Prepare documents detailing analysis and recommendations.

• Critically review testing results, design recommendations, and documents

detailing the studies/projects conducted.

Manage budgets, write and edit reports and proposals.

Skills:

• Must possess excellent writing capabilities. Must possess the skill to write

Clear, concise technically excellent Geo technical documents with strong

Attention to detail.

• Must have strong interpersonal and leadership skills, public involvement

Skills, oral communication skills, and a desire to work with diverse interest

Groups.

• Must be self-motivated and have the ability to manage projects and budgets.

• Must be able to write proposals, Geo technical and geological documents.

• Must be a team player, who has the patience and skill to train and mentor

Other geotechnical staff in the course of developing geotechnical documents.

• Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook software.

• Must have the ability to travel and work in remote areas under adverse

Conditions.

Experience:

• MSC Engineering geology, Geo tech engineering with 10 years of experience in drilling, trials pits, geophysical survey

Movable positions:

• Project Based starting from Chaman - Quetta - Loralai - D.G khan - Multan - Lahore
