• Job Description
• Installation, configuration, backup & troubleshooting of Linux / Windows / Cisco
• Define & implement network policies, setup user accounts, permissions and passwords.
• Installation & troubleshooting of Windows / Linux OS and different software application
• Configuration, management, troubleshooting and securing of local area network (wired & wireless)
• Manage computer hardware & its troubleshooting
• Maintain the IT infrastructure (computers / routers / printers etc.) inventory list
• Stock management of consumable items i.e. tonners, keyboards, mouse etc
• Management & troubleshooting of printers by contacting external services providers
• To attend, solve and maintain a log of computer user complaints regarding hardware and software
• To monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Verify functionality of hardware and software components
• Assist employees with computer problems and answer their questions
• Conduct daily network backup operations
• Evaluate and modify system's performance
• Maintenance & troubleshooting of CCTV Camera and DVR
• Maintenance & troubleshooting of Cisco Phones
• Must have the expertise on Linux.
• Must have the expertise on Oracle DataBase.
• Must have the expertise on Networking.
• Must have the expertise on windows Installation and troubleshooting.System Support
