Manager Production (Stitching)

Responsibilities:

Execute sewing plans as per the approved timelines.

Ensure the proper feeding of the sewing department by coordinating with other departments.

Ensure the maximum utilization of sewing groups to comply with targets.

Responsible for the timely production of Menswear ethnic products including Shalwar Kameez, Waistcoats, Prince Coats, Blazer, formal suits Shirts, and pants.

Draft the sewing reports daily based on the plan executed.

Ensure the quality of stitching as per the sample and company standards.

Ensure the machine's efficiency by implementing a periodic machine maintenance plan.

Maintain the department strength as per the approved headcount to get work efficiency.

Use the resources (Man, Machinery, tools, Material, etc.) cost-effectively.

Ensure production as per SAM calculations.

Ensure product movement towards the finishing department & maintain the production report.

Responsible for the Pre and post-production handovers.

Responsible for the PO planning and execution, creating PPC & MMC Functions, according to the launches.

Make a Time and action plan according to the fabric in-house dates and availability of product and packaging accessories.
