Warehouse Manager - Fabric

Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.

Constantly plan out all stores resources and activities in relation to company objectives and set targets.

Issue Inventory report, IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, goods age report, consumption report on daily weekly and monthly basis.

Issuance/dispatch of stock as per SOP.

Handle and monitor obsolete/inventory disposals.

Organizing the dispatch and delivery of goods

Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.

Maintaining accurate and verifiable stocks also responsible for future capacity requirements,

Responsible to carry out physical audit of warehouse stock.

Maintain housekeeping of warehouse.

Review agreements in liaison with the contracts team & vendors to finalize the terms & conditions of goods/services being procure.

Share procurement progress reports with management

Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports and price lists.

Only prefer who have wide warehouse experience in textile industry.
