Assistant Manager / Sales Executive - Freight Forwarding

Generate new sales from the assigned territory.

Maximize revenue from each assigned (existing) customer by upselling, cross-selling and finding other new opportunities.

Ensure compliance with customer’s agreed SLAs in all service areas

Good relationship with Careers.

Import & Export sales expertise like sea freight or Air Freight.

Maintenance of service contracts with customers including initial contract definition, which will contain the list of services, deliverables, performance targets (KPIs), liabilities, etc.

Reporting of performance on regular basis for ongoing business.

Ensuring timely invoicing to the customer

Ensuring timely recovery from the customer
