Operations Assistant - Fleet

Enter all operational data into the company ERP system related to transportation orders and vehicle maintenance etc.

Prepare required transport documents including Bill-T, Gate pass etc.

Update record of all costs incurred in the company ERP system, including fleet maintenance costs, Vehicle costs, fuel costs, fleet trip expenses etc.

Control Petty cash, including reporting on required formats to the Head Office for reimbursement etc.

Assist in the operational activity including placement of fleet vehicles and add vehicles against customer delivery orders, supervision of loading of cargo onto trucks, coordination with drivers during transit to ensure timely delivery of cargo at each drop off points as per route plan.
