Software Technical Lead (SaaS)

We are seeking a talented and experienced Technical Lead to join our company and lead the development of SaaS software solutions. As the Technical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of software development projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will work closely with project managers, software engineers, and other technical team members to ensure that the project goals are met and that the software is delivered successfully.

Responsibilities:

Lead the technical design and implementation of SaaS software solutions, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and efficient.

Work closely with project managers to develop project plans, set priorities, and allocate resources.

Collaborate with software engineers to develop and maintain clean, modular, and reusable code.

Conduct code reviews to ensure that the code is of high quality and meets the required standards.

Ensure that so ware development projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Manage technical risks and ensure that appropriate measures are taken to mitigate them.

Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in so ware development and make recommendations for improving our so ware development practices.

Requirements:

At least 3-4 years of experience as a Technical Lead.

Experience in both front-end development (React or Angular) and back-end development (Laravel or node.js).

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
