Responsibilities
We are looking for an “HR Manager" Expert to help us in achieving growth.
The potential candidate will be supporting us in the overall recruitment process, managing payroll, conducting employee engagement activities, conducting training and other HR-related practices
- Drives interviews and recruitment of new employees.
- Define and implement HR policies, strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business
- Strategy.
- Reviewing & updating job descriptions for all positions regularly
- Account Officer Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide support on policies and procedures
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
- Create and implement effective on-boarding plans
- Schedule & coordinate quarterly reviews for all employees
- Responsible for Employee Orientations, Socialization and Motivation
- Responsible for Performance Management
- Responsible for Payroll management
- Present all financial findings to management, i.e. prepare written reports and attend face-to-face meetings for review
- Assist in performance management processes.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR Activity, turnover, headcount vacancy etc.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice.
- Filing and retrieving Employee records, documents, and reports.
- Coordination with different universities for job ad placing and hiring purpose
- Inventory management.
- Event management.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Proven working experience as HR.
- People oriented and results driven.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Should be sincere and hardworking and must be open to handle the pressure.
- Should be able to work independently.
