Job Description

Conceptualize and design and develop web-ready graphics for websites

Creating interactive and feasible PSD from client requirements

Building reusable code and libraries for future use

Creating Web Templates and ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs

Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability

Fully responsible for the responsive layout, visual appearance and usability of designs

Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders

To work independently as self-starter on projects as well as quick turnaround of different short term projects/assignments

Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability

Create quality mockups and prototypes

Must be able to convert/slice PSD templates to HTML/CSS

Must be able to write own Java Script as per client requirement.

Must be able to write code according to W3C standards

Understanding of SEO best practice in web development & design.
