Site Supervisor - Civil

Supervise and monitor the building/ infrastructure construction sites.

Ensure quality assurance of on-going Civil/Finishes work on construction sites in accordance with their respective approved designs and specifications.

Interpret drawings related to Structural, Architectural, Finishing, Exterior elevations, and their execution.

Supervise and instruct the construction team as well as Contractors.

Set and supervise weekly targets.

Develop and share site inspection report regularly.

Ensure testing as per the project requirements.

HSE compliance and educate site workers on construction safety regulations and incident protocol, inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.

Determine the clashes between all drawings and call for decisions.

Maintain Tracking Sheets and make daily/weekly/monthly progress report.

Maintain photos of the project sites at every stage of the project on regular basis.

Ensure housekeeping on site.
