Our client is a leading manufacturer, seller and exporter of processed nuts, cocktail mixtures, confectioneries, snacks etc. with plans to further increase their market share and leadership role in this sector. They now seek the services of a Dynamic Chief Operating Officer who will understand the needs of the market, identify the potential for growth and prepare the company for its accelerated journey in line with the company’s ambitions.

Job Requirements

Minimum 15 years’ experience in FMCG or in a similar background.

Prior experience in processed nuts industry is an additional advantage.

MBA/ BSc or similar Marketing or Management qualification.

Having a strong Sales & Marketing background.

Have strong Network & Contacts to grow the market share.

Excellent Leadership Skills and Communication Skills .

Ability to work independently and drive the team to achieve targets.

Job Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations.

Design strategy and set goals for growth.

Maintain budgets and optimize expenses.

Help to set policies and processes.

Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally.

Oversee Recruitment of Staff and Training of New Employees.

Evaluate and improve Operations and Financial Performance.

Prepare regular reports for upper management.

Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations.

Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors).
