Customer Service Officer - Warakapola

• Responsible for responding to all telephone calls and emails, analysing the customer problems and inquiries to provide the necessary solution within a shorter period of time. Provide effective customer service and product-related information to each visiting customer. Take ownership and follow-up until the job assigned is successfully completed. Assist the customer on how to use the products and achieve monthly assigned sales targets productively.

• Should possess of GCE A/L Examination with a 03 simple passes.

• School leavers are encouraged to apply.

• Good command of English and Sinhala languages, both oral and written.

• Ability to speak in the Tamil language will be an added advantage.

• Should be familiar with MS Office package (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).

• Age should be below 30 years is a must.
