Position : Marketing Assistant

Location: Colpetty

Working Days : Monday – Friday

Working Hours: 8.30 AM – 5:30 PM?

Responsibilities:

• Marketing and selling our services to prospective clients through the leads generated

• Managing customer requests from initial lead, negotiation to delivery while maintaining maximum customer satisfaction

• Negotiate and convert the prospective leads to a successful sale via phone, email, and meetings

• Handle all social media communications and coordination activities

• Support other departments and staff when needed

• Work independently, efficiently and in a high-pressure environment

• Achieving monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala. Tamil is a plus.

• Should be self-motivated and a problem solver with good attention to detail

• Capable of handling customers and other routine functions on a daily basis.

• Previous experience in Accounting will beet added advantage

• Excellent email communication skills

• Please note that this is a desk job and your working hours will be from Monday – Friday, 8.30a.m-5.30p.m
