Manager - Merchandising

Job Responsibilities

• Communication with liaison office, factory people, other related departments/sections of the company
• Costing of products/garments
• Coordinate with factory team for proper & in time execution of production
• Follow the process & procedures of buyers
• Advise factory/production/quality team on fabric, production, quality etc related technical issues as efficient/experienced trouble shooter
• Lead the team/act as an effective team member understanding company & buyer COC
• Ensure quality execution of orders up to shipment of the goods maintaining effective TNA
• Assist the local procurement team to sourcing trims/accessories as required maintaining the standard
• Effective follow-up on materials inventory, production process, quality standards & team performance
• Any special task/assignment as required for the position as given by the company

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor/ Masters in any discipline or in textile engineering / Apparel Merchandising from any reputed institution.

Experience Requirements

• 7 to 10 year(s)
