Manager - Sales (Flat/Apartment)

Responsibilities & Context

To responsible for achieving sales target with proper planning and execution

To follow up properly to customer till execution of sales

To prepare weekly/monthly sales performance reports

To maintain and update client database

To maintain relationships with clients by providing technical information

To develop new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients

To develop of planning based on meeting demands and requirements of the Clients

To coordinate with collection and customer service departments to provide smooth and quality services to the clients

To study of competitors' products & sales strategy to take competitive statement

To participate and represent organization at fair, events and demonstration as when required

Any other job assigns by Management

Experience

At least 12 years

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Real Estate

Additional Requirements

Graduation in any discipline with related experience

MBA in Marketing will be preferable
