Executive, Customer Service


Job Responsibilities
  • Communicate with the clients over phone/ face to face to understand their real estate needs and ensure a complete customer service
  • Regularly follow up with the clients to convert them into a potential lead/ customer
  • Respond to the clients’ queries about the organization or real estate industry that comes through inbound/ outbound calls, SMS, email or social media
  • Client complains management
  • Regularly coordinate with the cross-functional departments i.e., sales/ product/ operations/ after sales to ensure accurate and smooth service delivery to the clients
  • Ability to achieve KPIs by performing the daily tasks assigned by the line manager
  • Attend special duties i.e., field campaigns/ events/ fairs as required
  • Ability to operate CRM software
  • Strong written and verbal communication. Fluency in English is must.
  • Demonstrated consultative experience, ability to influence, proactive & resourceful.
  • Good at handling phone calls.
