Job Responsibilities
- Communicate with the clients over phone/ face to face to understand their real estate needs and ensure a complete customer service
- Regularly follow up with the clients to convert them into a potential lead/ customer
- Respond to the clients’ queries about the organization or real estate industry that comes through inbound/ outbound calls, SMS, email or social media
- Client complains management
- Regularly coordinate with the cross-functional departments i.e., sales/ product/ operations/ after sales to ensure accurate and smooth service delivery to the clients
- Ability to achieve KPIs by performing the daily tasks assigned by the line manager
- Attend special duties i.e., field campaigns/ events/ fairs as required
- Ability to operate CRM software
- Strong written and verbal communication. Fluency in English is must.
- Demonstrated consultative experience, ability to influence, proactive & resourceful.
- Good at handling phone calls.

- 1 to 3 year(s)
