IT Admin
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, router, network servers, and virtualization.
- Support daily IT operations including account management, device administration, network administration, and software management.
- Maintaining detailed Logs on a weekly basis of the IT complaints and their resolutions.
- Train and direct system users on the correct use of information systems.
- Collaborate with (getting help from or providing help to) others department members.
- Audit systems and assess their outcomes.
- Managing IT staff & Providing direction for team members.

- 2 to 3 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Age 20 to 30 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Ability to work in different shifting times (Roaster Duty).
- Knowledge about organizing cable at the server rack/port.
- Knowledge of maintain Mikrotik router & windows server - GPU & AD.
- Experience with PowerShell
- Able to support remotely at an emergency moment.
- Smart, Good Team player and can-do attitude.
- Provide remote technical support at urgent case.
- Experience with similar product like Google Suite, Microsoft Azure and Office 365.
