Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for setup and Troubleshooting LAN and any other Internet service-related issues.
- Support all emp for network, internet, and Desktop PC, router, Laptop, Wi-Fi, printer, scanner, and other IT devices.
- Strong communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Maintaining detailed Logs on a weekly basis of the IT complaints and their resolutions.
- Monitor CC camera and maintain Attendance system/Devices (Finger) and Door Access Control.
- Assemble and Disassemble the computer.

Additional Requirements
- Age 22 to 30 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Ability to work in different shifting times (Roaster Duty).
- Knowledge about organizing cable at the server rack/port is a big plus.
- Basic knowledge of Mikrotik router & windows server - GPU & AD (BIG PLUS).
- Able to support remotely at an emergency moment.
- Smart, Good Team player and can-do attitude.
- Basic Knowledge in Google Workspace or Microsoft office.
