Responsibilities & Context
Look after the overall operational activities of Park.
Prepare financial budget on various issues related to Operations & Admin and to ensure timely submission to Top management approval.
Assess employee training needs and suggest management to provide appropriate training for development of the employees.
Arrange frequent brain storming session among the employees to generate innovative ideas and thoughts for overall improvement of park business.
Be proactive in demonstrating pioneering role in the area of cost control and budgetary control in different areas of Operations.
Monitoring unauthorized leave and late attendance of the employees and take appropriate & lawful disciplinary action as and when situation demands in consultation with HR Department.
Monitor & ensure the uninterrupted and smooth operation of CC cameras and follow up the recorded activities with necessary preventive/remedial/ disciplinary action as the situation demands.
Pay unnoticed & surprise visit to different security points and take necessary action to eliminate any flaws observed from the visit in consultation with the Head.
In the event of large concerts, package programs, social gatherings, picnics etc. assess in advance the necessity of deploying additional security personnel/measures and take necessary precaution & arrangements in consultation with CEnCL Marketing department to avoid any unwanted situation.
Monitor timely performance of the assigned job by the employees.
Monitor the operation of Restaurant, Canteen, Hotel, Kiosk, Store, Kitchen and other.
Food stuff preservation & preparation areas to ensure maintenance of proper hygiene and tidiness.
Closely monitor smooth operation of all Rides, Boats, Generators, KIOSKs and ensure proper and regular maintenance.
Monitor & ensure operational safety of every Ride and Boats and other equipment’s of the park.
Study the visitors Comment Book on regular basis and initiate appropriate action on visitors' comment / idea / complaints etc. as demand appropriate.
Occasionally talk to the general visitors personally to know about their impression and comments about our Park, Product & services.
Monitor & ensure strict compliance of all operations related policies & procedures across the Park.
Contribute management to maintain close contact & effective liaison with different govt./semi- govt./private organizations on various issues.
Ensure maintenance of cleanliness, tidiness & hygienic environment of the operational areas of the park at all times.
Contribute management of Park in maintaining proper safety & security.
Ensure obtaining and time to time renewal of all licenses/permission/certificates from the concerned govt. authority required for operation of the park.
Motivate and boost-up morale of the employees of operational department through close interaction and briefing their contribution to the park operation.
Any other task assigned by the management time to time.
