Job Responsibilities

• Organizing customer engagement activities.
• Performance and Productivity of Financial Planning Officer.
• Training & Development of Financial Planning Officers.
• On the Field Sales Activity and Customer Meeting on a daily basis.
• Recruitment of Financial Planning Officer.

Educational Requirements

• Minimum Graduate from a recognised University. BBA / MBA in Marketing is preferred.

Experience Requirements

• At least 2 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Age 28 to 40 years
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in managing sales team (preferably in financial Services).
• Language proficiency: written & verbal communication skill in Bangla and English.
• Proficiency in computer skill for MS Office: atleast Email & Smart Phone readiness.
• Understanding of the City based Operation with sound networking skills with people in the middle & upper income strata of the Society.
• Effective Communication Skills & pleasing personality.
