Financial Planning Officer - Direct Sales Channel

Job Responsibilities

• Complete the mandatory training and certification as per company norms and in compliance with regulation of Insurance Act.
• Meet new Customers, identify needs and propose new based solutions.
• To achieve the monthly Goal Sheet in terms of all parameters and ensure Quarterly & Yearly achievement.

Educational Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; BBA / MBA in Marketing, preferred

Additional Requirements

• Age 22 to 35 years
• Experience: One year sales experience is preferred; Fresher's can also apply.
• Language proficiency: Written & verbal communication skill in Bangla and English
• Proficiency in computer skill for Ms office: atleast Email & Smart Phone readiness.
• Understanding of the City based Operation with sound networking skills with people in the middle & upper income strata of the Society.
• Effective Communication Skills & pleasing personality.
