Senior Executive (HR & Compliance)


Job Responsibilities
  • Maintaining day-to-day general administration that includes daily attendance, leave, safety, Legal affairs, Issue office note, office order & circular in respect of HR & Admin & Compliance issues.
  • Experience as HR Administration and exposure in administration activities.
  • Manage the administration functions of the company like Security, Housekeeping, Office management & etc.
  • Manage the staffing process, including workers recruiting, interviewing and hiring.
  • Maintain and update employee's personal files, keeping records of employee benefits employment status, performance reviews, disciplinary actions and similar records.
  • Monitor Compliance certifications like BSCI, SEDEX, RCS, Oeko-Tex, ISO etc. and able to face their different audits with requirements.
  • Any other works assigned by Management.

  • 3 to 5 year(s)

  • Age 25 to 35 years

  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accord, Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Compliance, Factory HR Administration, General Administration, General HR
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Tannery/Footwear, Garments
  • Sound knowledge on MS Excel and MS Word
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Hardworking, determined and focused
  • Able to work under huge pressure and meet deadline
